I am a state-approved non-medical psychotherapist, trained at Forum Gilching eV
I received my thorough training and qualifications as a hypnotist and hypnotherapist at the Hypnovita Institute in Munich and the Jacquin Hypnosis Academy (England). I have also trained in the special visualization techniques of MindTV and Mindscaping enabling me to help children and adolescents particularly competently and effectively with change work. In addition, I am constantly educating myself in all aspects of hypnosis, hypnotherapy and life coaching.
My training is accredited by the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and the German Association for Hypnosis (DVH) and I am a member of the German Association for Hypnosis (DVH).
I have qualifications in Reiki, Yoga, Laughter Yoga and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I also have a lot of professional experience as a teacher in primary and secondary schools, in special education, in adult education and in English comprehensive schools.
Depending on your goals, we will choose a suitable hypnosis technique together.
With some hypnosis techniques, I will put you into a trance state in which you are completely relaxed and very receptive to suggestions. It is not sleep, because you hear everything I say. Trance is a completely natural state in which we find ourselves several times a day. For example, we experience a trance state when we are totally absorbed in the plot of a film or when we concentrate fully on a task and forget about our surroundings and time.
With other techniques, an induced trance is not necessary. Nevertheless, a light trance state usually occurs automatically. This is particularly true of MindTV (a visualisation technique), which I use very successfully with children and now increasingly with adults. Incidentally, children are also often in a natural trance state in their everyday lives.
With all hypnotic techniques, we create access to your unconscious mind, where we can influence negative beliefs and unfavourable habits as well as fears, phobias and panic attacks. I will support you in order to make the positive changes you want a reality and to anchor them permanently in your unconscious mind.
Then you can look forward to a life with more joy, serenity and confidence.
During hypnosis, you hear what the hypnotist is saying and later remember it the way you remember a conversation. Some things you remember well, while others are not so clear in your mind anymore. Often times, people report after hypnosis that they feel deeply relaxed and completely well.
No! Nobody can be hypnotized against their will and one can even lie in hypnosis.
Furthermore, I work according to ethical principles that are set out in the statutes of the German Hypnosis Association (DVH).
Hypnosis helps you to relax and to change negative beliefs through communication with the unconscious mind, thus enabling desired behavior changes and the achievement of goals. For some people, however, hypnosis is unsuitable, such as people with epilepsy, psychoses, diseases of the central nervous system (e.g. Parkinson's) and people with intellectual disabilities. In addition to hypnosis, I use techniques from brain research, yoga, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and positive psychology. All of this will help you improve your quality of life and make your goal a reality. What I offer you are tools to help yourself, so that you can get your life back on the road to success and simply feel good.
Costs for psychotherapeutic treatment can be claimed in the tax return under special expenses.
Hypnotherapy was recognized by the Scientific Advisory Board on Psychotherapy of the Federal Chamber of Psychotherapists. Nevertheless, the statutory health insurances do not normally pay for hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
Hypnosis is always collaboration. You play a very important role here. Imagine your problem is as if you were trapped in a labyrinth. I will give you all the tools and a map so that you can leave the labyrinth. Even though I would like to free you from the labyrinth, only you can do that by accepting the suggestions and images I give you making them your reality.
I often teach my clients techniques that will help them achieve goals faster. These should then be practiced regularly. The best recipe for success is a positive and curious attitude and trust that the unconscious mind will do everything to enable the desired changes and your goals become reality.
